IUF international union delegation brings the 'Coca-Cola Zero Rights' campaign to the USA


Following successful protests and meeting with student groups in Atlanta (see more here) IUF members from Indonesia, the Philippines and Haiti shared their experiences of The Coca-Cola Company's human rights failures in their countries with IUF members working at Coca-Cola in Boston and Philadelphia and student civil rights groups in Atlanta.

IUF members from around the world protest Coca-Cola's rights violations at company-sponsored human rights conference


Led by the IUF, unions representing Coca-Cola workers around the world held a spirited demonstration on September 13 outside The Coca-Cola Company-sponsored conference on business and human rights at the company's global headquarters in Atlanta.

Mondelez unions in support of Coca-Cola unions fighting against human rights violations


IUF affiliates that represent Mondelez workers from 18 unions, 13 countries, and 6 continents gathered in Brussels to discuss their issues and expressed their solidarity with Coca-Cola workers and their unions fighting against human rights violations of the Coca-Cola Company and its bottlers in Haiti, Indonesia, Ireland, The Philippines, Spain and the United States.

Kenya: IUF affiliate says Stop Zero Rights regime in the Coca-Cola system


Coca-Cola shop stewards and union leaders of the IUF-affiliated Kenya Union of Commercial, Food and Allied Workers (KUCFAW) joined an IUF seminar on August 30 in Nairobi and saluted the unions in 5 countries who are fighting for their rights in the Coca-Cola system. They organized a small picket in front of the Coca-Cola plant in Nairobi and posed for a solidarity photo.

Coca-Cola German Works Council support for the IUF's "Zero Rights" campaign


The IUF-Affiliated NGG and General Works Council of Coca-Cola European Partners Germany have lent support to the IUF's "Zero Rights" campaign and denounced The Coca-Cola Company's current human rights failures in a number of countries. The Works Council published a special edition of their newsletter expressing support and collected signatures from members at Coca-Cola and activists all demanding that the company fully respect and guarantee access to human rights throughout Coca-Cola operations worldwide.

IUF members spotlight company's serial human rights offenses at Coca-Cola flagship store in Las Vegas


On August 13 members from IUF affiliates, including supporters from the IUF's affiliate BCTGM from across the USA and Unite Here's Las Vegas Local 226 put the spotlight on The Coca-Cola Company's multiple human rights abuses in an action outside the flagship Coca-Cola store on the Las Vegas strip. They were joined by IUF President Mark Lauritsen, BCTGM President David Durkee and BCTGM Secretary Treasurer Steve Bertelli.

Nepal: IUF affiliate supports “Zero Rights” campaign


At the Food and Beverage meeting organized by the IUF in Kathmandu, the Whole Industry Trade Union Nepal (WHIN) poses for a solidarity photo for the IUF’s “Zero Rights” campaign asking TCCC to remedy the growing number of human rights violations within the Coca-Cola System.
