Sort this out through negotiation Unite tells Coca-Cola - or unrest could spread

Coca-Cola should get back round the negotiating table with its workforce and sort out its pay dispute - or it could see the unrest spread elsewhere in the company.

That was the warning from Unite, the union at Coca-Cola Enterprises' Edmonton bottling plant which is set to see strike action continue 22 and 23 September.

A series of stoppages planned for the month could see four million fewer bottles of Coca-Cola produced as the workers' anger deepens over the company's refusal to enter into meaningful negotiations over a two year pay offer.
