Indonesia: demonstration at Cibitung Coca-Cola factory gate broadens support for "Zero Rights" campaign!

On March 29, 2019 the Coca-Cola Workers Union Council, a member of FSBMM, organized a demonstration at the Cibitung Coca-Cola factory gate. Members of Gabungan Serikat Buruh Indonesia (GSBI), another union at the plant, joined the protest action which broadened support for the Coca-Cola Zero Rights campaign in Indonesia.
Independent unions that represent Coca-Cola Amatil workers have pledged ongoing support to the campaign and emphasized that they will not give up their fight for union recognition and collective bargaining rights until Coca-Cola Amatil management in Indonesia reinstates Atra and Lutfi, the two dismissed elected union leaders and negotiates in good faith with independent Coca-Cola unions.
