卡拉奇工会将'工人要求宪章'纳入谈判内容

在卡拉奇的可口可乐饮料巴基斯坦有限公司(CCBPL),职员及工人联合会于2009年1月2日正式向管理层递交了一份工人要求宪章。

除了其它要求外,该宪章还包括了以下四点,反映并体现了在全球范围内反对将工人的工作临时化的坚定立场,卡拉奇工厂的情况也同样适用:

- 锅炉工、电工、记时工、司机、因还债而被迫工作的工人、叉车司机等应当成为固定工人。
这项要求反映了全球要求宪章的第二点,即呼吁全面废除任何形式的不体面的临时工作。

- 每一位工人(包括散工/临时工/代理工人)都应当被允许不受歧视地行使自己的基本权利, 这一点反映了全球宪章第五点要求。
- 外包行为应立即废除 有全球宪章第一条为依据。
