卡拉奇工会将'工人要求宪章'纳入谈判内容

在卡拉奇的可口可乐饮料巴基斯坦有限公司(CCBPL),职员及工人联合会于2009年1月2日正式向管理层递交了一份工人要求宪章。

除了其它要求外,该宪章还包括了以下四点,反映并体现了在全球范围内反对将工人的工作临时化的坚定立场,卡拉奇工厂的情况也同样适用:

- 锅炉工、电工、记时工、司机、因还债而被迫工作的工人、叉车司机等应当成为固定工人。
这项要求反映了全球要求宪章的第二点,即呼吁全面废除任何形式的不体面的临时工作。

- 每一位工人(包括散工/临时工/代理工人)都应当被允许不受歧视地行使自己的基本权利, 这一点反映了全球宪章第五点要求。
- 外包行为应立即废除 有全球宪章第一条为依据。

TCCC is conducting a global work place rights audit among its bottlers. Some unions have expressed strong concern about this unilateral measure. What is your experience with the audit? What questions were asked? Did unions react to it or rather ignored it?
