February 11, the STIBYS union members at the Cervecería Hondureña in Honduras decided to stop the nation-wide strike and occupation of the production plant and various distribution centres which had started two days before, after agreement had been reached with the company.

The Union of Beverage Workers (STIBYS) has started a campaign to complain against and raise awareness about the effects and consequences of the extensive working hours of up to 16 hours per day imposed by SABMiller, Pepsico and Coca Cola.
