Uganda: NUPAW-Uganda finalises wage agreements in the Sugar Sector

In September, the National Union of Plantation Agricultural Workers of Uganda (NUPAW-Uganda) finalised wage agreements with the three main sugar companies in the country,  granting wage increases effective from June and July this year, covering close to 15,000 workers.
