Members of the Nestlé Moscow Medical Representatives' Union (part of the IUF-affiliated Agro-Industrial Workers' Union of Russia - AIWUR) organised a leafletting action in front of  company headquarters in Moscow on October 12 to inform their co-workers about workplace issues and union activities and the benefits of joining the union.

The action was held before the start of the working day but leaflets were later distributed in offices and break rooms.

At Nestlé Russia, there are unions at Moscow headquarters and at numerous sales offices across the country in addition to the factories of Perm, Timashevsk and Samara. The medical representatives created their union in April but are still fighting for recognition by Nestlé management.
