US National Labor Relations Board upholds finding of massive unfair labor practices at Las Vegas Station Casinos but struggle for rights continues – act now!

Housekeeping and restaurant workers at Las Vegas casino-hotels owned by Station Casinos LLC and operated by Fertitta Entertainment LLC continue to fight for a fair process to exercise their right to union organization following the October 2 decision of the National Labor Relations Board to uphold an earlier legal ruling that the company committed 87 unfair labor practices in its anti-union campaign.

Station Casinos, the worst violator of labor law in the history of the Nevada gaming industry, is privately owned by Deutsche Bank of Frankfurt and Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta of Las Vegas, among others.

Now, as ordered by the NLRB, the company has posted a Notice to Employees in all its facilities that states: "The National Labor Relations Board has found that we violated Federal labor law and has ordered us to post and obey this notice." But workers continue to demand their rights.

Act Now – use the form below to send a message to the executives of Deutsche Bank, which owns 25% of Station Casinos, telling them to use their influence to ensure the casino company does the right thing!

Dear Sirs

I am appalled to learn of the treatment of workers at Station Casinos in Las Vegas. For over 2 years workers demanded the Company to let them freely organize a union.

An Administrative Law Judge found the Station Casinos committed 87 unfair labor practices in the course of the company's anti-union campaign. The National Labor Relations Board on October 2 unanimously and completely rejected the company's appeal.

I urge you to use your position to act to ensure that these workers are fully able to exercise their right to organize and to freely choose their union in compliance with the Board ruling and with international standards on freedom of association established by the United Nations’ ILO.

Yours sincerely
